A Range of Techniques
There are techniques that you can learn which will help you. Some are very simple, some take a bit of practice. Others work best when you have someone else to guide you through a certain process. To really embed them into your daily living and your symptom relief processes then some practice is also necessary.
When you begin to understand how they work and you experience the benefits that come with them that practice can be quite a fun experience.
As is mentioned in the video, there are people working to find new ways of dealing with pain, with fatigue, with anxiety and depression.
