Sleep - getting a decent night's sleep is such a problem for so many people. I used to have that very real problem. Indeed, through a lack of proper sleep, I believe I created a health problem for myself. My need for a solution then was both significant and urgent. Here's one of the tools I used. And, I'm delighted to report that it worked a charm. Along with some other tools that I used and which I'll be teaching a regained the ability to go to bed and be asleep in minutes.
