The switch to being mostly meat free came so easily. It wasn't terribly well planned and I've since been catching up in terms of menus and the sorts of things I will eat in a day.
As an added surprise, I've also made a significant reduction in the amount of cheese that I eat.
After just over 3 months with this new regime I am happy to report important improvements. These are in terms of how I feel within myself. Slimming and other fitness goals are next on my health and wellbeing agenda. Being able to make such a significant personal change augurs well for those projects.
