Restoring the sleep habit.

There was indeed a puzzle to be solved. Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia is one thing. Learning about it and working a way out of it was quite another. To this day the medical profession is not certain of the cause.


I was quite determined not to settle for the prognosis. Instead I took control of what I was experiencing and set about attending to various aspects of my symptoms.


Lack of sleep had been a problem for a while. I also believe that whilst it wasn't the cause, it was a contributory factor. I am delighted to report that my sleeping has improved dramatically.
