Trouble falling asleep?

Try this simple tip so that you go to sleep quickly.


"To sleep like a log, you've got to think like a log."


Well actually, it might be even better if you imagine yourself being a log. It sounds odd I know. The really good news however is that since no-one can know what you are doing in your mind, then you can do whatever you want.


This is great news for the insomniacs and sleep deprived who desperately want to improve how they sleep.


This technique has two components. First, you need an example of someone or something who is great at sleeping: a baby, cats, dogs or indeed the sleeping log. The second component is your ability to imagine.
