The metaphors we use are incredibly powerful - they shape and guide our lives. The same is true for the language we use. And I am especially referring to the things we say to ourselves and about ourselves.
In this video I mention some things that I've heard myself and others say about an ache, a pain, an injury or an illness. Does our language, and especially our internal dialogue, worsen our aches and pains? Or does our internal dialogue support more rapid healing? In this regard we do actually have choice.
