I teach, mentor or coach, depending on where you most need assistance. â€‹

I believe I can support you, whatever your health concern may be.


Through lived experience, I’ve learned valuable lessons about how to cope, how to manage, and in some cases, how to heal.

 

For over 25 years, I’ve worked as a coach and mentor, helping others navigate their personal challenges. I continue to study and indeed I am extending the range of approaches that I feel will help us both the most.

Some of the methods I offer are simple and easy to adopt. Others take practice. And some are best explored with someone beside you, someone to guide you as you explore your own mental, emotional, and behavioural “maps.”​​

​That’s where I come in. There are incredible resources within each of us, of that I am certain. We have countless patterns - some useful and brilliant, some lass so. Together, we shine a light on patterns that may no longer serve you well. We then uncover new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting that are more aligned with the life you want to lead.​​​

A Word on Healing

 

I am clean out of silver bullets and magic wands. Please understand that there are no guarantees when it comes to physical health. This work that I do can’t promise a cure.


That said, I’ve witnessed people experience surprising and profound changes, physically, emotionally, and mentally.

 

Others may find gentler, subtler shifts relief, increased esilience, a greater sense of control or perhaps more peace of mind.


Either way, I firmly believe that exploring the inner dimensions of health and healing is always and absolutely worthwhile.
