By using coaching, mentoring and some teaching I show how we can each use a fuller range of our mental and emotional capabilities to cope better with health conditions.

 

Everything is built around practical tools and techniques which when properly applied, will, I believe, make a difference. The approaches that I study and use are as follows.

 

  • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to shift physical sensations and limiting patterns

  • Self-Hypnosis to access deep calm and self-healing

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to create change through clear, compassionate insight

 

In-person workshops will take place in a range of venues in Northern Ireland. Online sessions (either group or 1:1 will take place over a combination of Zoom, Facebook and YouTube.

Currently I have 4 areas in which I can offer help. Some explanatory videos are currently in production. The goal is to have them ready before 1st January '26
